    Everything at the hotel cost extra. You have to pay extra to use the swimming pool or sauna, etc... You really need a car for this hotel because nothing is near. The main restaurant is okay, not great.

    The resort is almost 20 years old, and it does feel dated and worn. The first room we checked into had a strong, stale cigarette smell. After the first night, we requested a room change, which reception kindly accommodated. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned well despite the property’s age. The hotel is located directly in front of the beach, offering great views from the ocean-facing rooms. Where this resort really let us down was with the facilities. We booked through Agoda because it was advertised as a family-friendly, pool-style resort. While the property does have a pool and spa, access comes at an additional charge. The cost to use the pool per adult is 60,000 won and 50,000 won per child. Even worse, this fee only covers a single entry—once you leave to return to your room, you are not allowed back in the same day. This was extremely disappointing, as we had been expecting a casual, relaxing, pool-focused vacation. On top of that, even after paying the entry fee, guests are charged again to use basic resting areas, such as poolside chairs both indoors and outdoors. None of these additional costs were mentioned on the Agoda listing. The booking information is misleading, as it fails to disclose that the advertised facilities come at a significant extra cost. Had we known about this, we would not have booked this hotel.
