    Overall the location for universal was super convenient so we could just go straight to universal in the morning. The only hiccup was that when we initial checked in, the employee only spoke to my husband even though I was the one the reservation was under and only addressed him. Even when I spoke to him, he thanked my husband for the information by saying “thank you sir.” Between the two of us, I do speak more Japanese as well, so it was a little annoying that I wasn’t even being acknowledged by him. Of course, we didn’t really interact with anyone else so I can’t say this goes beyond the person that helped us out.

    This is my 2nd time coming here, and it doesn’t disappoint. Location to universal is fantastic, they had extra amenities ready for the kids, and it was quick to check in. Rooms and beds were comfortable! Stayed comfortably in a queen + single bed. We were able to move the single bed next to the queen to fill in gaps and the bed was very easy to move over and back.

    I booked this hotel for three nights during my trip and paid almost *** for the reservation. It was the hotel I was looking forward to the most. However, I found blood stains on the bed sheet, and there was even a piece of dried blood hanging from the side of the sheet, as shown in the photo. I was extremely disappointed and shocked by this. After I reported the issue, the front desk moved me to another room, but the disappointment remained. I cannot understand how a guest room could be prepared without properly changing and checking the bed sheets. Given the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and housekeeping. This experience significantly affected my stay and left a very negative impression.
