    Checked-in at 11pm and there was still a front desk there. Everything was as advertised, stay in the container, affordable, easy check-in check-out. The room itself was clean, the only thing that caught our mind was the mold smell, not sure whether it came from the AC or the carpet. There was an air filter in the room, so at least after 2-3 hours the smell was gone. Free coffee, frozen meals, cutleries. I guess it's more suitable for solo traveler with vehicle (either car or bike). With similar price with love hotels, ultimately would prefer love hotel over this if traveling as couple in the future for sudden reservation.

    This was a great place for an over night stop while driving around Japan. Easy to get to, easy to park. Clean. Very comfortable. All I need when traveling is a comfortable bed and a shower, R9 delivered exactly that.
