    I had been used to stay at this hotel for 2nd times. For my experienced I really like their service and environment of this hotel kinda look clean and warm welcoming was really well.

    The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, while the cleanliness and facilities exceeded expectations, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall stay. Considering all aspects, this property offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

    Hotel was quiet and nice for a 3-star one. The facilities are still quite new. However I wish there were more options for Khmer food and a gym. The internet works well too for working. The staff are very nice. The minibar has stuff in it too so you also dont get blindsided when you deciee you want a can or two of coke. The water pressure was good. There are slippers, robe, and complete toiletries. When I go back to Siem Reap I'll stay here again.

    The room description in the website is complete different from the one I got. When we ask the staff, they just response with a very unprofessional way. They said the picture of the room I booked is from other room categories and the exact room I booked, they have no pictures of it and they not yet update about this issue. They even require me to pay extra If I want to upgrade????? This is very unprofessional !!!!!!
