Every detail in the room was exactly as you would hope for in a top-tier resort. Food & Service The hospitality here sets a new standard. The staff is warm, highly attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a memorable stay. The food is simply phenomenal—hygienic, full of flavor, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it's accommodating special requests or providing a fantastic, satisfying breakfast spread to start the day, the culinary team completely delivers. Amenities & Value This resort offers unbeatable value for money. The property is brilliant for families, couples, or large group get-togethers. The attached water park is a fantastic addition that provides hours of fun and entertainment. The entire property is beautifully maintained, making every stroll around the grounds a pleasure. Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent experience at Panorama Country Club, near Maithon Dam. We had booked our rooms in advance and arrived late, expecting that the rooms would be ready for our stay. However, to our utter frustration, the rooms had apparently not been inspected or checked beforehand. We had to try multiple rooms, only to discover a different issue in each one. The problems we encountered included: - One room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. - Another room had an exhaust fan problem. - Another had drainage issues in the bathroom. - The landline telephone in another room was not working. It is absolutely unacceptable that guests who have booked in advance should have to spend their valuable time moving between rooms because basic facilities have not been checked. What exactly is the purpose of advance booking if the management cannot ensure that the rooms are properly inspected and ready for occupancy? To make matters worse, the food service was equally disappointing. When we ordered food, we were provided with raw chilli powder instead of black pepper. This raises serious questions about the attention to detail and quality control maintained by your staff. A resort is expected to provide comfort, cleanliness, and reliable service, especially to guests who have made prior reservations. Instead, we were left dealing with one inconvenience after another. These are not minor inconveniences that can simply be brushed aside; they reflect a concerning lack of preparation, maintenance, and proper supervision. I would like the management to explain how such basic failures occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent other guests from facing the same experience. I also expect an appropriate response and a reasonable resolution to this disappointing experience. We chose your property with certain expectations, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously rather than treated as just another piece of feedback. I look forward to your response.
