    The stay is walking distance from railway station niladri beach and blue flag beach staffs are also very co-operative and gentle only issue was with the Entertainment system it can be improved by poroviding better TV in rooms smart TV currently available was non smart LED TV with poor quality TV channels Rest everything is wnderfull

    Extremely Misleading 4.6-Star Rating – Substandard Hygiene and Maintenance I booked Hotel Bensen expecting 3-star standards based on its impressive Google rating (4.6 stars with nearly 1,700 reviews), especially after checking out of a 4.2-star rated hotel (nearly 1200 review) on VIP Road. Unfortunately, the rating is completely inaccurate and does not reflect ground reality. Major Issues: Pest Infestation & Hygiene Hazards: Insects have infested the headboard/upper area of the bed, creating a severe health and hygiene concern. Severe Bathroom Leakage: Active water leaking continuously from the bathroom false ceiling, alongside cracked and water-damaged walls. Substandard Bedding Arrangement: Instead of a genuine double mattress, two single mattresses were jammed together on a double bed frame, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Lack of Basic Blackout Curtains: Windows only feature thin white sheer curtains. Without proper blackout blinds, morning light fills the room completely, making rest impossible. A 4.6-star property should meet basic maintenance and sanitation standards. I am posting photo evidence alongside this review so fellow travelers can make an informed decision before booking.
