    We came here as a group of 6 for one night, and had a really comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed. They even arranged extra mattresses for us quickly with just a text message, which was very helpful. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay, and the location is great too it’s close to some beautiful viewpoint spots. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good choice for groups.

    I stayed at Shivaay Hotel for three days, and overall, it was a very frustrating experience. · Room cleanliness: The room was not clean when I checked in, and it didn’t get any better during my stay. · TV not working: The TV was non-functional throughout. When I reported it, no one fixed it. · Service: Staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent. I did not feel valued as a guest. I expected basic comfort and working amenities, but neither was provided.
