    It's the little touches that make this hotel so special. Every time I settled down by the pool, a member of staff would come over with complimentary ice cream. Such a lovely surprise and a perfect example of how thoughtful the service is! And the breakfast! I absolutely loved the noodle soup. It was honestly one of my favourite things to eat during our entire trip. I could have happily had it every single morning! We booked a Junior Suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. One of our favourite features was the outdoor shower surrounded by lush tropical greenery. It felt so private and peaceful, almost like showering in the middle of a tropical garden. We absolutely loved it! It's these thoughtful little details, along with the beautiful surroundings and wonderful hospitality, that made our stay so memorable. And once again, a huge thank you to Nak at reception and our wonderful Chinese-speaking guide, Chunliang! Nak's warmth, enthusiasm and genuine care made us feel so welcome, while Chunliang made exploring Angkor Wat such an enjoyable and memorable experience. We really appreciated everything they did for us. We really couldn't have asked for more!

    My husband and I are frequent travellers and have visited nearly 40 countries around the world. We have stayed in countless hotels, but Jaya House River Park is genuinely one of our absolute favourites! We may not necessarily return to Siem Reap just to visit Angkor Wat again, but we would absolutely come back just to stay at Jaya House. That says everything about how much we loved this hotel. A special thank you to Nak at the front desk, whose seemingly endless enthusiasm and genuine hospitality made our stay so memorable. Nak went above and beyond to help us organise our time in Siem Reap, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We booked both the Jaya Discovery Tour (Small Circuit) and the Jaya Grand Circuit Tour directly through the hotel. Both included private tuk-tuk transportation and a licensed Chinese-speaking guide. Everything was professionally organised, incredibly convenient and very reasonably priced. We didn't have to worry about finding drivers, arranging guides or planning the logistics ourselves. We are also extremely grateful to our wonderful Chinese-speaking guide, Chunliang, who was knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally accommodating. One of the highlights was our sunrise visit to Angkor Wat. Normally, waking up at 4:30 am and spending the entire day exploring temples would have been exhausting. Instead, thanks to the flexibility of our private tour, we returned to the hotel after sunrise and our morning sightseeing, enjoyed breakfast, had a proper nap, and headed out again in the afternoon to complete the Small Circuit. It was absolutely perfect! This is exactly what makes a privately arranged tour so worthwhile: the freedom to explore at your own pace, without feeling rushed or exhausted. And the best part? The tours were surprisingly affordable. Considering the quality of the arrangements and the personalised experience, they were excellent value for money. And then there's the SPA! The spa facilities are absolutely beautiful and luxurious, and we honestly couldn't believe that a complimentary 60-minute spa treatment was included each day. What an incredible treat after exploring the temples! We originally booked only two nights because we wanted to experience different hotels during our trip. Looking back, that was probably our biggest mistake. We should have stayed at Jaya House for an entire month! That's how comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable our stay was. Thank you to Nak, our wonderful guide Chunliang, and Bory, our airport pickup driver, who was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Jaya House team for making our visit to Siem Reap so special. You have created something truly exceptional, and we cannot wait to return! Jaya House isn't just somewhere we stayed in Siem Reap. It's a reason to come back.
