    Excellent Stay with Great Service The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, while the facilities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable experience. Cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, great value for money with everything meeting high standards.

    The stay was great, everything was perfect, I will come again and again with my family.

    The hotel at first seems too good but as and when you start using its services, you start to realise the money invested is not the worth. The place is totally mismanaged. 1. They have no control over guests. I was staying in cottage with my 5 month old kid and people below stairs put on marshal loud speakers and did not shut it till 1AM. I made multiple requests to close it but hotel guys were helpless. Hotel did not also change our room. 2. Toilet seat was leaking. The waste water was coming under our sleepers. 3. House keeping took waste towels and could not replace with new ones. 4. Hi- tea-> empty bowls took 20-30 minutes to refill. 5. House keeping - left tables dirty. Had to request guys to clean all areas where dirt was there. 6. AC was switched off from behind. Only blower was working , compressor not. We had to call for getting the ac functional in the middle of night. 7. No lifts to climb to cottages. If you have a baby along , it will be a tedious task to take him up down. If I have to pay 18k for such bad service then I better stay with Radisson or other better hotels.
