    First time as a walkin guest, I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a lovely aroma throughout the premises. The rooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all facilities were spotless, far exceeding my expectations for the price point. A special mention to Kalpana at the reception, who was extremely polite and handled my checkout request in a very professional manner. The service staff were also courteous, well groomed, and attentive. I would certainly love to stay at this property again on my next visit to Bhopal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service at a reasonable budget.
