    We stayed at Hotel Jasmin Home/Haveli with our family for 2 days. The property is located very close to Jaisalmer Fort, which is a big plus. It’s a small property, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a narrow street where there are around 6–7 similar-looking hotels, so finding it can be a little confusing initially. The staff was good, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Food was nice, clean, and homely in taste. It is a vegetarian property, though eggs are available on request. Breakfast was a small buffet but sufficient, and all the food we tried tasted good. We parked our car at the back of the property under CCTV cameras, which felt safe and was a positive point. On the downside, the prices felt quite high due to the long weekend and peak season, but in my opinion, they were not fully justified for a property of this size and category. Also, in one room, the water bottle was empty, and there was hair on the bedsheet—something I’ve noticed in many hotels except proper 5-star properties, but still worth mentioning. Overall, the hotel is recommended for a comfortable stay with good food and polite staff, especially for families. However, the pricing should ideally be a bit lower to better match the property.

    Very nice place to stay close to the city but away from the noise. We sleep well here. The hotel is nicely decorated, the bed was confi and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good as well. It is not a buffet, but you can ask for more than one item in the breakfast Menu (at least that was the case with us). All in all I give it a 10. If I come back I would stay here again.

    1. Space to enter vehicle is very narrow so difficult unloading of luggage is problem. 2. When they know we booked through app he just want to give us any room & offered us 1st room on ground floor, which is like you speak anything others can hear 3. No water bottles, no breakfast or tea, coffee you can order 4. Water pressure in washroom is poor, its difficult to take shower 5. Toilet not clean properly & flush water smeel too much. 6. Staff not courteous, it seems many of them new & dont know what to do 7. Yes room interior is good but our room has another door which is closed but risky and even if you wisper someone can hear it.. 8. Good things ... a. Heater available, b. Wardrob available, c. Balcony with sitting/sleeping arrangement nicely decorated, d. Gives authentic haveli feeling
