Amazing stay at the resort, staff are very good....only thing is they charge ice cube when provided in rooms...which usually other hotels don't do ...overall it was a really nice stay there

Casawood Resort is located approximately 22 km away from Mount Abu, and it takes around 40 minutes to 1 hour to reach Mount Abu from here. Although it is a bit away from the main tourist area, the location is very good and extremely peaceful — perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. The food is quite good, and the hospitality is also commendable. The staff is polite, supportive, and always ready to help, which makes the stay more comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The swimming pool and the outdoor seating area are lovely and perfect for spending peaceful evenings. Overall, it’s a great place for a calm and relaxing stay away from the crowd of Mount Abu.

With a decent location of the hotel on the foothills of Mount Abu, its so poorly built property, which only give inside view of hotel. The images are so zoomed out that the property looks big in size but in reality, its really small, hardly any moving space. There is no natural view or mountain view. It’s built like a colony. Moreover the staff could not manage the guests well, with a wooden cottage they should maintain a basic decency with guests jumping on the above floor. It makes too much noise with minimum movement. It gets too difficult to sleep. Nothing around the hotel, just farms, which is located near dangerous adivasi area, and staff does not even warn the members, i was informed by few locals passing by the hotel. Food is very average, water is too salty, it seems you have purposely added salt to it, no water treatment in hotel, cleanliness wise also the hotel is very average. And the hotel staff is not friendly and warm. I went there for my father’s 70th birthday, and it was an utter disappointment.
