    Staff is very unfriendly and wants to take money with every chance possible. Online prices are discounted but if you need anything extra they will charge a lot of money. The service is very bad and the staff is not interested in any issue faced by the customers.

    Very disappointing experience. The service staff hardly responds, and most of the things in the property are either not working properly or poorly maintained. The food quality was very bad, and for every small request, we had to wait for hours. Most importantly, around 90% of the facilities and services mentioned online were either unavailable or not provided at all. Overall, the hotel does not match what they advertise on the internet. Would not recommend this property.
