    Overall the facilities is good having a dryer and washing machine in the unit. It was spacious compare to other small hotels. One bad thing is there’s no reception 24/7. So if you arrive before 3PM no staff would be there to check in for you and can’t store ur luggage too before and after check in before 3PM! After 3PM the staff only be there

    Good location for Kokusai Dori and monorail use. Staff was helpful and patient with me despite the language barrier. The rooms are not sound proof but everything was clean and in good order.
