    Rooms are really big and spacious but the matresses could have been softer. There is no service for daily cleaning.

    Hotel experience was not so good....there was no in room service.we had to go out for our meals which was not mentioned in the description... cleanliness was worse...there was no 24 hrs service as described...no internet service as described... basically it was a kind of dharamshala...the only good thing was the parking area...it's secured and big place for park your vehicle.... Overall not recommended at all for tourists we wants to come here for explore deoghar...

    Behaviour of Hotel staff - Excellent. They are very helpful. Location - 9 km from Jasidih station, 4.5 Km from Baba Mandir, however well connected by auto, e rickshaw.. Room size( family deluxe)- Good with 2 double bed, dining table & sofa Cleanliness - Got the room in the back side of property, entrance of the room was dirty lodded with dustbin and other staffs. Was smelling very bad. Bathroom was not cleaned and unhygienic. Full with spider nets. Western toilet was un cleaned and hand shower was broken. Spotted few cockroaches as well. Amenities - Wifi - Not available Toiletries - Not available Intercom - Not available Packaged drinking Water- Available on request, and you need to pay for that Restaurant service- Not available in hotel however they deliver to your room from nearby place if ordered via call. Food was average. Price affordable considering the quantity. Check in & Check out- Very easy and fast Overall average stay. If the amenities & cleanliness can be better it will be a good option within a price point of Rs.1600-2000 per night (family deluxe room)
