This is essentially a guest house being marketed as a hostel. It offers none of the community, comfort, or atmosphere you would expect from a hostel.
The property is poorly maintained, unclean, and clearly lacks proper upkeep. There is little to no on-site support, making it difficult to get assistance when needed.
The food quality is extremely poor, adding to the overall disappointing experience. To make matters worse, the management's complaint system is ineffective—they've developed an app that automatically closes complaints without resolving them or even acknowledging the issues.
Overall, this reflects a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
