    More than the hotel, I'm really grateful to the staffs(yuki and aki) for helping me navigate around Hitachi and of course for ensuring that I can make it to my flight to Hokkaido. Their Omotenashi(hospitality) is what my stay memorable and enjoyable. I'll definitely stay again with if I visit Hitachi in the future.
