    Things are not perfect but they tried to help in every way. It’s not fancy nor luxurious, but for night stay and morning shower, it does proper job.

    Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not up to the mark at all. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Basic amenities like towels and bathroom slippers were not provided. The room I booked was not given to me; instead, I was allotted a cheap-quality room. Most concerning was that the main door lock was malfunctioning. Despite informing the staff, they did not change our room. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not recommended.

    We had booked 3 rooms. All washrooms had water supply issue. Cockroachs were coming out of drain in all washrooms. Breakfast area was also very Unhygienic as we saw more than 6-8 cockroachs roaming around. There is a public toilet in the corridor which leads to very bad smell in the corridors.
