    I booked the hotel at afternoon, considering wl be reaching early morning, but as my train got late, the hotel given room to other visitor, when I reached , given me staff type room, with drain block, block spot on floor, dampness in wall....I find this is not ethical ,when u take money give service

    Reserved this hotel one month in advance due to best location in the heart of the Bhopal city. Got confirmation on successful reservation (during booking, on the morning of checkin and in the afternoon while informing for late checkin at 02:00 pm instead of 12:00 noon). However as soon as we reached to hotel reception for checkin, the problem started. After kept us waiting for 10 minutes without talking to us, the frontdesk person asks "could we move you to our other property"? After much heated arguments (we reserved this hotel due to its location), the person agrees to give rooms in the same hotel only. Then we are given one temporary room with a commitment of giving two actual rooms after one hour. Follow up is needed again to get the actual rooms. No drinking water or sufficient bath towels are available in the rooms. Everything needs to be asked for. On Monday morning , electricity goes off in the hotel for more than 2 hours and there is no generator or alternate electricity option. Rooms and other facilities are completely in dark. Needed to bath in dark bathroom with mobile torch on. That's the situation in year 2026 in this hotel at Bhopal's city center!!!
