Though the place is amazing, beautifully located on the bank of lake, but other than that our entire experience was disappointing At first we were given the that was not the one we booked online , on complaining the same , manager gave us another room where nothing was ready like there were no proper essentials given , we had to call for every single thing , no toiletries were provided, not even bath towels , promise to provide the same in 30 minutes and didn’t show up at all till check out, We paid extra for jaccuzzi yet the same was not working in that room , on complaining about the same , staff assured to visit the room but didnt show up till last , On complaining the same then manager told that rooms jaccuzzi has not been working since long, Then we got third room on second day, where previously mentioned essentials were bit better but still no towels given 😅😅 Last but the most imp thing , Juvana has the worst room service ever , kitchen stafff was completely ignorant , on calling kitchen nobody answers it for long, somehow managed ti place my food order , every time post ordering my food kitchen staff used to take more than 2 hours to deliver it. Overall our entire experience was nightmare.

The facility has very good location I think it is by god’ grace. The facilities and room service is very very bad. Room didn’t have basic things like doormat outside bathroom, the basin was clogging, the room lights were not working and couldn’t repair was their response.We asked for room change but, they declined. The charges are very high for everything. Check out time is too early 10 am . I will never recommend this service.

I would not recommend anybody with this property. Its not worth for the money its been asked ro book it. The max worth amount per night is 2000-2500 per night.
