    Very disappointing experience at ITC Welcome Group I recently stayed at ITC Welcome Group and, unfortunately, the experience was far below what I expected from a reputed hospitality brand like ITC. We paid for an extra bed upon arrival. At around 4 PM, the hotel staff specifically asked whether we wanted the extra bed immediately, and I clearly said yes. However, despite multiple requests and reminders, the bed was not arranged until around 10 PM. To make matters worse, we were initially told that they would place the mattress directly on the floor. Naturally, we refused this, especially after paying for an extra bed. Only after further discussion was an actual bed arranged, and that too at around 10:45 PM. After a long day of travel, waiting almost seven hours for a basic service that had already been paid for was extremely frustrating. The breakfast experience the next morning was equally disappointing. We went for breakfast around 10 AM, and several dishes on the buffet were completely empty. What was more disappointing was that the staff did not seem to be proactively monitoring or refilling the buffet. Even after repeatedly requesting them, only a few dishes were eventually replenished. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they made the stay quite unpleasant. At a property carrying the ITC name, I expected much better coordination, service, and attention to guests. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service standards, because this experience certainly did not reflect the level of hospitality I associate with the ITC brand.
