    IP hotel was recommended by a close friend who previously stayed during their last trip to Osaka. The hotel was very accesible to subway and has nearby 7-11 and family mart for your needs. However, staff needs to be more adept in english communication for non-japanese travelers. But overall, this hotel is recommended as a place to stay in Osaka due to its good value for money and convenience.

    Cleanliness- terrible. Stayed 3 nights, first night the basic clean was ok (trash & bed). Third day was supposed to be the “full makeup”, but the bed was not even tidied at all? The trash were not cleaned properly also. Worst of all, there was a piece of fake eyelash stuck on the tap and it stayed there for the whole duration of my stay. Bathtub was not super clean & leaking. Room was VERY dusty. I opened the desk drawer and a random used body cream popped out. Staff service attitude - check in was a lady and there was no issue. on the third night, we went to check with the front desk about luggage delivery - the staff (felt like a foreigner?) insisted that he was not able to give us a quote for the delivery charges. (It was about the tone he used) we brought our luggages down and manage to get a quote but before we could finish our discussion, he left to his desk to continue his work and ignored us. The other japamese colleagie came to jelp use imearws your own risk
