Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

As it's located directly across a soapland and a series of strip clubs, it was a bit jarring for two young female travellers. Probably not appropriate for families with kids and teens. But it was overall safe, with a great price, and room was clean and comfortable. However, the room being unlocked upon check-in was a first for me after 5 years living in Japan- I understand it's safe here, but again, for female travellers, I was really shocked to see that. Also, the instructions to send a passport picture by email was strange as well, as I explained we are Japanese citizens this step became unnecessary. In summary, if you want a simple place to stay and you're brave about red light districts, it's really not a bad place, just wish the checkin process considered safety more.

The rooms have washer and drier and a small kitchen. These features were very convenient for a longer stay. The mattress in the room was very old and worn out. Otherwise the room was comfortable.
