    The location of being right down the street from the Osaka Metro station makes it a great place to use as a launchpad for exploring Namba. The hotel uses smart locks, so it was a little jarring not having to use or look for a key. Otherwise, it’s easy to adapt to once you get the hang of it. The room itself was quite spacious and the window let in ample light. It was everything I needed for my stay.

    If u looking for the convinient room and service (if you leak of technology), i’m not recommend it. But the location is very close with city center namba, dotonburi and namba station

    This hotel has many branches around the area. There is only one main branch nearby which has staff. For this particular branch it's an unmanned premises and you will NOT enter before 2pm. Email is your only way of communicating with the hotel staff. The thing is you can only enter when they email you back with the passcode, which is after 2pm. And Btw, If after 2pm no reply, you should start to SPAM that email. I would suggest the next potential traveller to email the hotel a day before to ask for luggage storage location. Given that they do not use WhatsApp or messenger which means you need to wait for answers, whether you got the room/cancelled or whatever it is.

    Location is good, affordable price and staff very friendly but room maintenance very bad. First entry to room had a musky smell and dusty, had to buy air refresher n handy duster. The shower curtain was moldy with stain but staff was quick to change to a new one. The worst was that the main aircon control is centralised. 3 nights out of my 5 nights they changed to heater due to most of the guest preference. Even though our room control was at 18 degrees and full fan speed the whole room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. Ok if u are staying 1 to 2 nights but I will never stay here again.
