It is really close to American village enough to walk.
But you must be check to it opens at hotel check - in time, so even if yougo before 3 PM, it's useless

I was absolutely blown away how wonderful this place was. Very comfortable, spacious, nice places to go for a dinner or drinks within 5 minutes walk. It is about 20 minutes walk from Makishi Public Market with back alleys little bars and eateries which I love.

The place was really dirty. They only change the sheets but the bed covers smell like they have never been washed (and they have suspicious disgusting stains). Walls are also dirty. The kitchen smell funny and there are no ustensiles. If you want anything you have to pay extra per day (for example if you need a fork, because yes, there’s a kitchen but it’s empty!). The receptionist guy was rude and even though guests are allowed a parking space they won’t allow a visitor of a guest to park in the guest’s spot for a couple hours. The only good thing about this place is that is not far away from Kokusai dori and next to the a direct train to get to the airport
