    Great Bakery nearby Easy walk from Monorail Staff are helpful and very pleasant Lots of areas to explore even if just "looking" and not wanting purchase.

    Convenient location within walking distance to main shopping & eating area, easy access to monorail. Plenty of choice for konbini within 400m. Impeccable amenities & cleanliness across the whole hotel with attentive housekeeping staff. Wonderful reception staff who are attentive & helpful, provide advice & information when needed.

    Location and breakfast is good. Yet my experience is quite poor on front desk. I don't mind there is language barrier - believe you rarely feels in Japan that a front desk staff just saying "no" for everying even you are trying to use Google translate to let her understand more. Cleanliness: Overall looks clean yet you can find quite thick dirts on the wall corners/ A/C air vent. Staff will clean the room yet I think it's not detail.
