    It's a great hotel if not very corporate. It definitely compares to a Marriot or Radisson.

    Really bad place .. stinking rooms , bad linen , bad towels , bad food , staff was good but I guess management has to look in to what a guest really needs when they come away from home .. we changed 2 rooms both equally bad and stinky … wonder why management can’t improve service and experience

    Recently we stayed in this property, location is good on the main road of city.... some observation. 1. Entry from car parking at -1 level is not a good option... lack of light near lift area. 2. Carpets at corridor are faded, completed their life span on 2nd floor. 3. Restaurant on 4th Floor, we had our dinner on arrival night at 8.50 PM, after ordering our food, we need to wait for almost 45 minutes for dinner to servce. 4. Cooking staff were eating , some munching along with cokking, almost all 6- 7 personals' in kitchen, does not impression of proper hygiene and etiquettes. 5. Need to complaint to head chefs for the same along with Food court manager for the unhealthy atmosphere. 6. Lack of professionalism .
