first time to book this kind of accommodation ,the capsule size is just enough for a good sleep, charging point available inside the capsule it also has adjustable light controller for your preference. And one more important thing Lawson is just a steps away....

スタッフの方が外国人のため、内容が聞き取りづらかったです。アメニティの場所や設備の使用方法の説明文が目立たず簡潔すぎてわかりにくかったです。
ホームページをみて15時から荷物預かり可能と書いてありましたが17時だと言われ、時間がなかったので空港の800円コインロッカーを使いました…預かってもらえると思って大きめのスーツケースを持ってきてしまってとてもショックでした。問い合わせを減らすためのよくある質問欄なのだから、内容が変わった場合はしっかり編集すべきだと思います。がっかりです。
