    recent years, the accommodation in Tokyo gets higher and higher. This kind of hotel used to be only 5000-6000 yen. Now 8000-1000 yen. I chose this hotel as I am familiar with this area. And I have stayed several times here. The receptionist are most of the time non-japanese. The cleaning staff are all non-japanese. So If you want to feel Japan, this is not the hotel. For me, I save money for something else. This is a OK hotel. NOT bad. The room has shower with bathroom, Wifi. They also provides simple breakfast at the lobby form 7 am. 5 mins or so Walking from Kamata station. One convenience store : 2 mins walk from the hotel. However, I can see the cleaning is not well done. When you are in the bathroom, there are so many dirty parts. If it is done by JAPANESE, they would have paying more attention to the details and clean throughly. It is obvious that NON JAPANESE staff are cleaning. Hotel should be training well the staff to clean thoroughly. If you are looking for a clean and Japanese, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for a budget hotel to save money and don't mind not through cleaning, this hotel is for you. I hope Japan and Japanese government will work more to save Japanese people than foreigners. Japanese culture, Japanese spirits are disappearing from Japan now. It is sad to see the declining of Japanese population. Hope Japanese people survive this massive immigration and tourism.

    Their staff are able to speak English and are very friendly, this helps a lot especially if your Japanese is not very good. They also offer simple breakfast with coffee and tea. Room is small but clean. I will definitely stay again in the future.

    Neat & clean small compact room. Location 10-minute walk from JR Kamata Station or 20-minute walk from Kamata Keikyu Line Station. Convenient to shopping & restaurants & about 15-minute train ride to Haneda Airport on the Keikyu Line.
