Just unbelievable to find an accommodation in such a place at the centre of Osaka for a very reasonable price. Various kind of people are staying there for the same reason, and the night was alright.

The positives are; great food in the restaurant connected to the hostel, 10% off for guests. The bed i received had a translucent window with no way to block the light, making it impossible to sleep in the morning, it was also a privacy concern as in the reflection i can see the person below and next to me. My dorm was on level 3, no toilet or showers so you must go down a level. Theres only 1 toilet that is shared between what seems like 20 people for the 2nd and 3rd floors. The male shower had only a curtain for privacy which barely covers the shower entry, additionally the shower head would not stay in the holder making it difficult to shower. There is a common area on the 2nd floor but it’s quite small, there is a fridge and microwave too. I paid xxx for 1 night, not even a towel was included in that price, towels are rented for ¥200, additionally you must make your own bed - for that price it’s pathetic. Overall i was disappointed in my stay for the price i paid.
