    The room was smelling weird, and really humid When using the laundry, the dryer didn't dry at all after one hour, and instead of trying to help or offer compensation, the staff claims it's normal and that it takes 2h (it's literally written 30 min to 1h on the machine), and even confesses that they don't work well and still does nothing about it After changing machine it worked well tho there was a lot of dirty bits in my laundry from the machine

    I always stay here because it's a good hotel, and very reasonably priced. There were a few minor issues. The last time I stayed here, the tv connection kept cutting out. This time, the remote for the air conditioner didn't work, so they put me in another room where it did. The staff member this time seemed like a shy older woman. My friend asked her a question, and there was a long silent pause with kind of a ambiguous answer, but not rude, and accommodating. Overall, 4/5 stars. It's only a 2 minute walk to the "Drinking place street", which is the main reason I go, but it's also just down the road from the main "onsen", so it's convenient for that as well. Will continue using this place.
