    Second time staying here and it serves the purpose in terms of location (in the heart of Gion; walkable distance to Kiyomizu and the main shopping district plus Nishiki Market), facilities (cool rooftop baths, luggage storage, restaurant) and cost! While there are some rules to follow it's fine once you are used to it! Highly recommend if you want to experience a capsule accommodation.

    Very near to Gion District and shopping centers. The staff are very polite and accommodating, even though I am a foreigner. They speak English too. The food is great too.
