    We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights - a group of friends, we all love the hotel, it is a very decent size of hotel. Clean and bright. The hospitality of the staff are top notch. we really can feel the warmth from each of the staff member. The breakfast spread was good, especially the bread and fish. Onsen not so big space but there's indoor and outdoor makes us have options. Recommended and will love to go back here to stay.

    The room is big, clean and comfy bed with extra futon. The location is quite far from Hakuba station. The staffs is helpfulness.

    Super service staff team. Very nice smell in hotel Far away from station But you can ask hotel for booking free shuttle bus. Far away from highlights travel spot. Not suitable for backpackers without personal car.
