    The stay at the hotel was average overall. The rooms were clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. However, some facilities could be improved, and the service was a bit slow at times. The location is convenient, but the overall experience was just satisfactory.

    Hotel is very good but the customer service of Agoda is hopeless and it is very very Bad. I never expect like this type of customer service from Agoda.. very very painful thing that day. I never forget that day situation.
