    The room provided was not the same as which was boooked I had booked the bigger room without bunk bed whereas the room provided was very small with an additiinal bunk bed ( means a big bed and a bunk b d for a single guest - which confirmr that this was not the room booked) Over n above it was even without basic facikities like Fan, Personal kit i.e. toothbrush paste etc. ( though on booking site these all were mention AND EVEN a refrigerator and microwave too) On asking a pedastal fan was provided. Further Tea Cattle was also not provided. Although not Charged in my bill, but when in the morning at 7.45 I ordered for a cup of tea, at around 8 I received a call from reception to check my order only and it was served at around 8.20-8.30 and surprisingly in a PAPER CUP. Like serving on a road side shop. WOW QUIET A HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE.

    Wouldn’t stay in their deluxe rooms. It wasn’t hygienic, I didn’t have energy to change the room as I reached at 11pm from a long journey & had to leave at 6:30 AM. There was hair in the pillow covers & bed, looked like it was changed from the previous customer. The AC water was leaking. The locality is good though in terms of distance from Rani Kamalapati railway station.
