    My stay at this property was far from satisfactory. I requested just a one-hour early check-in, but the owner insisted that the check-in time was strictly 2 PM and asked for an extra ₹500 — almost 20% of the entire booking amount. I had come straight from the hospital and could have arrived around 11 AM, yet there was no flexibility at all. I paid the additional amount only because I couldn’t wait three more hours. The room itself was equally disappointing. It had an overpowering room freshener smell when I entered, which turned into a stale, unpleasant odor within a few hours. Mosquitoes were present in the room, and although an All Out device was provided, I’m not comfortable using it in a closed space. The electric kettle was unusable — completely corroded and not working. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not worth the cost. I would not recommend this property unless they make significant improvements in both service and room quality.
