    The room is very new and the beds are comfortable. 5mins walk away to escal plaza and goryu slopes! Staff are attentive and amazing - gave me ice and patches for my injured knees.

    Hotel provided great breakfast and the level of cleanliness of the rooms were amazing. Best of all was the reception (the jap middle aged lady; apologies I didn't get the name) who gave the best service and hospitality in making the stay seamless.

    Just a short 15 min walk to Ezcal Plaza, totally doable in ski boots and carrying gear. Hotel room was clean big and staff were warm and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again for the next Japow season!

    This is our first time staying at the Stelle Belle, everything make us feel so satisfied. The location is wonderful, walking to Escal plaza & Goryu is only about 5 mins. The staff are very helpful & they can all speak in English, they can help us to book for restaurant dining around. The room is spacious for three of us & is very clean ! The indoor onsen is nice. The food in the grill room is good especially the beef! Breakfast has so many choices & all taste good! I will come back to this hotel for our next ski trip!
