    This hotel is conveniently located near to Okayama Station, the staff were helpful and the room was clean. Good breakfast too! Excellent value for money.

    Breakfast felt a bit like a free-for-all with large tour groups and not that great a selection of food and drinks, and it all felt a bit budget and no-frills, but if you need to be near the train or bus station, it is a cheaper and convenient option than many.

    Dear Toyoko Inn Management Team, I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your Okayama-eki Nishi-guchi Migi branch. As a frequent guest who has stayed at Toyoko Inn 12 times, this is the first time I have encountered such an unacceptable experience. Regarding the room: I mistakenly booked a smoking room and took full responsibility for my error. However, while previous smoking rooms I've stayed in were well-maintained and fresh, the room this time had an unbearable odor. Regarding the staff: When I approached your staff members, Ms. Morimoto and Mr. Enokimoto, to ask for a temporary solution for the smell, I received a very unprofessional response. Both staff members showed a tired, bored, and unfriendly attitude. They were sighing openly and were completely unsupportive of my request. This experience was a shock to me given Toyoko Inn's reputation. I intend to share this experience on travel forums to alert other travelers about the service quality at this specific branch. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your staff's training and room maintenance. Sincerely,
