    Just 5mins walk from kobe station and family mart. Reception is always open. Good service.

    When you are on a motorcycle ride around Japan, parking becomes an issue. While Kobe City Gardens Hotel is not a place dedicated to riders, they have some spots for motorcycles on their property in front of the reception window. Secure enough, and it is free of charge! Everything else was perfect, too. Location, shops, restaurants, clean and well-equipped room, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again, with or without motorcycle.

    The room decoration is ancient, at two decades ago. Toilet light is dim and the door is dirty. It has a strong smell in the toom, luckily I can open the window. Tha AC is uncontrollable., the temperature is centrally defined. Front office has a helpful senior, who is not able to communicate In English. You Google translation app is a must. Parking in the surrounding area is quite difficult to find and fee is high.
