    Had a really lovely stay! The location was super convenient, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money — would definitely recommend and stay again 😊

    I stayed at this hotel only a night during my trip back to centrair airport. There is parking just the back of the hotel, but you cannot see from the front pf the hotel, however when I asked for details at the front desk, staffs were nice even with a limitation of english, but there is totally no problem for explaining where I can find the parking lot. The room was clean and well equipped. I had a good night stay here. If I am back to Japan I will try hotel in this hotel chains.

    Very dated and old hotel, very uncomfortable old spring mattresses and no adjustable air conditioning or heater. The was the 2nd worst hotel experience I've ever had and the 2nd worst sleep I've had at a hotel. I was sweating all night and woke up daily sticky, having to rinse off and change my undergarments. I only got 4-5 hours of sleep a night here, waking up multiple times due to the uncomfortable bed. They should really put a mattress pad to at least soften the bed. Many things in the room were damaged, stained or in bad condition. The front staff was courteous, but a bit too casual when guests were not immediately in front of them. I think it's a bit too casual for a hotel of this reputation. When I mentioned how hot it was, they did provide fans (air circulators) which didn't make much of a difference (I still slept extremely poorly). The dining area for lunch and dinner looks very fancy and seemed like a great experience, unfortunately it was closed on Wednesday or Thursday when I wanted to try it. The exterior of the hotel looks great, though there are huge spiders everywhere in the area including on the foliage around the hotel. Internet is surprisingly very fast. Comfort and good quality sleep should be at the core of any hotel, and this hotel fails miserably in both areas. I highly recommend anyone considering this hotel to pick somewhere else. Even at the price of 5500 yen per night, this was a horrible experience.
