    Worst experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda based on the amenities and services promised, but most of them were not provided during the stay. There was no hot water, no toiletries provided, and the room was definitely not soundproof as mentioned. There was also no telephone available in the room for room service or assistance, so we had to go downstairs every time we needed help. The disturbance from other guests throughout the stay made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, we were even asked to pay extra for an additional water bottle. The only positive point about this property is the location, which was good and convenient. Apart from that, it was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend this property.
