The hotel is nice as well as the staff they are friendly and approachable. The hotel front view is harbor and the back is beach. Sunrise on the harbor side sunset on the beach view side both side was really spectacular😍 The hotel location is more or less than an hour away from naha airport. Can take bus for or taxi from the airport. Still wish to go back if i get a chance😍

I usually do not like big hotels, and this one just proves my case, that I shouldn’t change my position…! Arrived 1 hour before official check in time. The hotel was not busy at all, it is not high season. I asked if it is possible to check in right away, and was told that would result in paying additional fee. WHY ? The room is ready, and they (the hotel) would rather me, staying in the lobby, doing nothing. After all, whether I am in the room or in the lobby, it cost them the same, which is nothing! This is not hospitality, this is pure greed! I came to Naha for a few days. Luckily, I have booked this hotel only for one night, thinking to myself that if it is nice, I would extend an extra 3 days. Well, not going to happen. I have booked another hotel from the following day. I do not feel like staying in a bad service hotel. In Japanese there is a saying for such a service; こころけち Went to eat the dinner buffet with friends; no one explained the concept, and no one tells you how much it is. Most food is on the lower side of quality… The hotel is far from anywhere! Absolutely nothing around, another reason why they should work harder to make your stay more pleasant, if they want clients to return… Very disappointing hotel.
