    房间很舒服，有私汤和按摩椅，度假首选。去看烟花也很近。早上酒店会开车送你到巴士站。楼下的有小酒可以无限畅饮。早餐晚餐都还不错

    Hotel is the luxury version of its sister hotel which locates at the opposite end of the main road in Lake Akan town. The lobby entrance is “zen” and stylish. Reception is great and the hotel ambience is quiet with serenity. Room with great view of the lake where you can see the different colors of the water during the day. We have booked a large suite with in-room onsen which worth every dollar extra. In-room facilities are excellent. The lobby bar and snack bar are all complimentary. Absolutely nothing to worry about after check-in. Dinner which is included in the room rate is great, can’t miss that. Staff are courteous with attention to details. I will highly recommend this hotel if you do not mind paying a little bit more for a memorable stay at Lake Akan!

    This hotel is way too pricey. Over-rated. The feast we had for breakfast was too much resulting in a lot of food wastage.

    We were booked for a superior suite for 3 nights and we were given a room with no view of the lake and meals were in a small room with no windows . Cost of the stay was USD900 per night . We requested for a change in room and also dining room and response was no we are full which was not the case. We insisted on speaking to the manager who finally agreed to changing our room at an additional cost of USD600. We were also able to dine in the room for one dinner and breakfast. The feel of a traditional japanese onsen was also not really there as the service staff were non japanese but were very nice. There is nothing much to do at Akan. The hotel did not have much service at the reception area other than a coffee machine . They should serve a tea break or something . Highlight was the daily fireworks which was nice. Food was acceptable not outstanding
