    Shinyokohama Kokusai Hotel is convenient as it is nearby Shinkansen station and the metro station. Facilities are neat and clean and the staffs are really helpful and supportive. Price is affordable and I highly recommend Shinyokohama Kokusai Hotel to everyone

    新横浜駅から近い。雨が振っていても傘なしでホテルにはいれます。(うまく地下道を使えば、)設備は「The 昭和」　かなり古いですが、まぁ、仕方ないかな。スタッフの方々は親切です。

    The only good thing about this hotel is the location close to the train station and nice staff. The bad: Terrible pillows that are rock-hard Uncomfortable beds Very loud (we were on 11th floor and heard all the street noise that starts at 4:30 am, making it impossible to sleep) The ugly: Safety hazard (a 20cm or so step into the bathroom will surely cause someone fall and break their neck some day!) Definitely NOT worth $***/night in a low-tourist season! There’s a reason why this hotel isn’t on other major booking sites (terrible reviews).
