    My parents visited kanpur and they were very happy with the service, comfort and the quality of food at Downtown. Last time I celebrated my Son's birthday here and the experience was amazing that time as well. Highly recommended.

    stay was good. However, room was exceptionally small. I was given a bigger room only on the last day. Food was great, both for breakfast and dinner. slight smell in the loo due to structural issue it seemed.
