    We faced hardship while booking through Agoda and faced hardship with delayed check-in process due to booking confusions. Agoda website seems to be misguiding guests during booking. When one tries to book 2 adults with better deal options, one may see better price for one adult option without explicitly showing this deal is meant for one person. When one try to select dates for better deal price, it defaults show 2 Adults, and if you move forward to booking, you end up booking for one adult option. Ideally, when you select 2 Adults, it should not show one person option or default disable one person option. This is a classical misguiding and logical error found in Agoda booking. Moreover, no Fab property has option to choose 2 Adults + extra mattress option. Due to this, I suffered a lot. I even tried modifying Agoda booking, but didn't allow. Based on reception staff suggestion, I also tried calling Fab customer care on manual conversation mode but it keeps repeating only IVR option. To avoid this online misguiding, I even tried a day before with staff though phone and they insisted to book only online. If they could have taken by offline booking or at least guided in online booking my problem might have solved. At least, reception staff tried helping to choose another Fab property near-by with minor additional charges. Again, what I ended up getting room with AC not working. They eventually helped in transferring to smaller room with working AC. Though, I accepted, money I paid is not worth for the room we stayed. We ended up staying in a cramped space, but to our relief all basic needs are addressed (TV, toiletries). Only consolation is there was a road side car parking that security guard helped even though property has no designated car parking.
