    I feel completely misled by this booking experience. I specifically booked a Superior Room with Ocean View, which cost more than a standard room, only to be given a Superior Room overlooking the rooftop instead. The room did not match what I paid for or what was advertised. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of an apology or any effort to offer a solution. Instead, the staff told me to contact Agoda and have Agoda report the issue to the hotel themselves. So, who is responsible for the price difference I paid for the ocean view that I never received? I paid extra for a specific room type and view, but the hotel failed to provide what I had booked, and no one took responsibility for it. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. The room did not match the advertised photos, and the customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are paying extra for a specific room type or ocean view.

    Fun place with mini on-site activities lounges to hang out in a beach across the street so it’s just a short walk a better than average buffet that had entertainment the night we were there. I’d recommend it for a nice stop and get away.

    Check-in took almost an hour because the staff needed time to process an additional payment and for clarification from agoda. The assistant manager who assisted the front desk could not communicate in English - made the check in unpleasant one. Safety is also my main concern. the utility cabinet containing exposed pipes was left open and unlocked outside the hotel room - this is dangerous esp for kids. The hotel is not very family-friendly. Children are not allowed in the lounge after 9pm, and there were many drunk guests around due to the free-flow alcohol. Overall, this hotel is not convenient for families. If you are travelling with kids - there are better options nearby.
