Welcome to the apartment Kaiser Ludwig. Our apartment is centrally located in Munich. The underground station Candidplatz and all shops for daily needs as well as nice bars, cafes and restaurants are right on the doorstep.
The location is perfect for a city break. The underground takes you to the city center and main train station in 5 minutes. A bus stop is also right on the doorstep; the bus goes to the Viktualienmarkt. At the same time you walk only 10 minutes to the Isar and the most beautiful recreational area of Munich, the Flaucher. The Flaucher describes the high recreational value and the beauty of Munich better than any other place.

The guests have a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated large bathroom and a living room with dining area and pull-out sofa bed. The rooms are completely new furnished. Additional amenities include TV, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, wireless internet, coffee maker.

Best part of this flat was its location- it's just around the block from the main underground station which made it ideal to get around Munich. Bathroom and bedrooms were roomy and neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Giving it four stars because the kitchen was teeny tiny and the living area only had a single couch. If you're planning to just use this as a place to sleep and get ready for the day, it will work great for you. If you plan to do any sort of cooking though, there's nearly no room to do so.

We had a great visit to Munich and the apartment was great for a family of 4. Transit is at your doorstep. Andreas was very responsive.

Great location right across the street from the subway stop. Cute neighborhood with cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and a park not too far away. Check in was very easy and Andreas was very accommodating. Good communication. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
