    I am always bglad to book hotel via agode whenever i travel to Japan. Most of the special requests fulfilled by the hotel arrangement. Staff are polite and friendly. Great breakfast selection. The tour desk staff Ms 小林ななえ is very friendly, polite and easy approach although her English was not so good. Another tour desk young lady was rude and not friendly at all. I have never face such rude Japanese before. I was so shocked.

    I booked a 7-night stay with TWO single beds. At check-in, the front desk told me that since there were two guests but I hadn’t added the second person when making the reservation, I needed to pay an additional ¥20,000 yen. I’ve traveled quite a bit and have never come across a policy like this. Housekeeping was also an issue. The cushions on the bed didn’t look very clean, so we moved them to the cabinet and left a clearly visible note asking that they not be placed back on the bed. This was completely ignored, and the cushions were put back every day anyway. Aside from that, the hotel itself is fine and the location is good. However, because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again.
