    I had an excellent experience with Mr Chan (/Chen) while our Hong Kong delegation was staying in Japan for the JCI Conference. We arrived with a dispute over room allocations and several concerns about room features, and Mr Chan (/chen) handled everything professionally and efficiently. He listened carefully to our issues, communicated clearly with the hotel, and quickly arranged suitable rooms that met our needs. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond: knowing our conference schedule kept us busy during the day, he offered to assist overnight and remained available whenever we needed help. He was consistently polite, attentive, and calm under pressure, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend him as he is reliable, thoughtful support, especially for international groups like ours. His professionalism and care reflect very well on the team.
